Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings ascribed below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on agam62, through which the Player accesses the Platform and transacts.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds credited to a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet credits, or cashback amounts awarded to a Player's Account under a promotion, which are subject to separate wagering conditions before conversion to real-money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process agam62 applies to all Accounts before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Platform" means the agam62 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated application or software through which games, bets, and account services are delivered.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which agam62 accounts are denominated.
• "Services" means all products and features offered via the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and table games.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked in eligible games or bets before it may be withdrawn as real-money Balance.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all time references in these Terms unless otherwise stated.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Services. agam62 strictly prohibits under-age gambling. We apply automated and manual age-verification checks at registration and during KYC review. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed without notice and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law and responsible-gaming obligations.

2.2 Residency

The Platform is operated primarily for players who are residents of Indonesia. You must ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. agam62 makes no representation that the Services are suitable or available for use in jurisdictions outside Indonesia, and accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory is solely your responsibility.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You confirm that you are not acting under any legal incapacity that would prevent you from accepting these Terms or using the Services.

2.4 Not a Politically Exposed Person

You confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under internationally recognised anti-money-laundering frameworks, nor a close associate or family member of a PEP, unless you have disclosed this status to agam62 and received written approval to open an Account.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the agam62 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one Account on agam62. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. agam62 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to confiscate any Bonus Funds or winnings derived through the use of multiple accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your consent, you must notify agam62 immediately at support@agam62.cam.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

agam62 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or BRI mobile-banking account showing your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested

Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being suspended until documentation is provided. agam62 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality pending successful KYC completion.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. If a real-money Balance remains at the time of closure, it will be returned to you via your last verified payment method after KYC is confirmed, provided that no outstanding wagering obligations or investigation holds apply. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

agam62 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

agam62 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. The current list of available methods and their associated limits is displayed on the Cashier page within your Account.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance once the funds have been confirmed received by agam62's payment processor. Under normal conditions, bank-transfer deposits reflect within 5 minutes and e-wallet deposits within seconds. agam62 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. agam62 targets a withdrawal processing time of 1–24 hours following successful KYC verification and confirmation that all wagering requirements have been satisfied. Processing times may extend during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

4.4 Currency

All Accounts, balances, bets, bonuses, and payouts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). agam62 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. No currency conversion applies on our side; any conversion charges levied by third-party payment providers are the Player's responsibility.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

agam62 operates in full compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction that raises AML concerns and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. Players must not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by agam62 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict arises between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before they may be converted to real-money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum qualifying odds, and expiry period are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on excluded games or below the minimum qualifying odds do not count toward the Wagering Requirement.

5.3 Abuse & Fraud

agam62 operates zero tolerance toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using arbitrage strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes; and placing opposing bets on the same event across accounts. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential permanent Account closure.

5.4 agam62's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

agam62 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account at the time of modification remain subject to the wagering conditions in effect at the time of crediting.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market on agam62 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible via the game interface or betting slip. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating. agam62 will not reverse settled bets or game outcomes on the grounds that a Player was unaware of a game rule.

6.2 Sportsbook Markets

agam62 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to: football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports. Markets include Asian Handicap, 1X2, over/under, correct score, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) combiners. Market availability, maximum stake limits, and odds are set at agam62's discretion and may change without notice.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; a manifest odds error occurred at the time of bet placement; or agam62 determines that the bet was placed on a corrupted or invalid market. The decision to void a bet rests solely with agam62 and is final.

6.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or connectivity disruption that affects gameplay or bet placement, agam62 reserves the right to declare affected rounds or bets void and refund stakes to the Player's Account. agam62 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

6.5 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on agam62:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or guarantee returns
• Using the Platform in a manner that disrupts normal service for other users
• Placing bets with knowledge of corrupted or manipulated information not publicly available

Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. All associated balances, pending withdrawals, and winnings may be frozen pending investigation and subsequently forfeited if the breach is confirmed.

• Self-Exclusion — Exclude your Account from all gaming activity for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the selected period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, frame, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written consent from agam62.

Game content (including slot titles, live-dealer game streams, and table-game interfaces) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — and is used by agam62 under valid licence agreements.

9.1 No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. agam62 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any particular game will be available at any particular time.

9.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agam62's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that Player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusions

agam62 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if agam62 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

9.4 Player Responsibility

You use the Platform at your own risk and of your own free will. You acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of losing money and that agam62 has no obligation to refund losses incurred through legitimate play. Decisions to bet, wager, or play are yours alone.

agam62 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, agam62 will post an updated version to this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players by email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 3.5.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied in the jurisdiction in which agam62 is licensed and regulated. agam62 holds an international operating licence and is regulated internationally.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and agam62, you should first contact our customer support team at support@agam62.cam. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through this process, you may escalate the matter in writing to our management team, who will conduct a formal review and provide a final determination within 14 business days.

11.3 No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against agam62.
